Get the royalty agreement signed and bankruptcy be
Post# of 11802
How about saying something like "I would like to see a royalty agreement signed." or "the company's survival should be predicated on the company's business prospects and not a litigation with J&J." Definitive statements like those above make you, a shareholder (I think), sound like you're running the company. The Starbucks worker who sells me my morning coffee does not run the coffee company and his opinions are his opinions thats all.
If it is, we have been seriously misled.
File your complaint with the SEC or FBI or use one of the many securities class action firms that Always contacted who have already passed on Always case -- or laughed at him.
Again, I don’t need message board posters informing about the company. Need to hear it from DECN. Makes you think there really wasn’t four prospective partners if the ongoing business is about a j&j - platinum linkage.
Good, call DECN and ask. I am sure the company will discuss sensitive business information, negotiations, and contracts with a NOBO. That's what companies do isn't it? And if they don't, it would be a novel new approach. It would end the need for quarterly reporting.
If you are correct about shareholders wanting dividends and the number of shareholders wanting a dividend then there is no trust in KB and the company. That speaks volumes to the companies inability to evolve and lack of faith that the company can evolve.
Of all of these angry comments this is the best one. It infers that DECN's shareholders give a skat about anything other than share price. You seem to be a smart guy. Where did the idea that NOBOs cared where the company succeeds or evolves at all come from. This, as I have said over and over, is about share price and share price alone. Anything else said or posted is an afterthought. All IMO.
$25M is not fine in my book and is an insult to the company and patient shareholders.
You are entitled to your opinions as is everyone. So call KB and tell him. You know what he will tell you "we don't have a settlement offer yet" and "NOBOS will not be allowed into the room with the mediator and J&J to put their two cents in." If you think $25 million for patent infringement is a bad idea, then tell KB, or better yet write to him. Or best yet, remove KB, replace him with yourself, and decide as the new CEO what is fair. And I will sit back and watch it all happen and thank you for your time.
A little statement here by this message board poster and shareholder. I have been in this stock since 2002. I invested into KB's private Medicius company in 1999 which was acquired by what is now DECN in 2002. So, I have been around awhile. 20 years. In that time through good fortunes and bad I have seen absolutely nothing change. In good times when the stock increased, and it has on several longer occasions, NOBOS accepted the increase with their entitled little hearts and sold. Most never looked back. Some are still with us -- sadly. But for the most part NOBOS and non-shareholder message board hitmen have acted kept up the hit parade. Management is corrupt. Management is lying. Management is stealing. It is all corrupt.
Today's posts are no different. And why Mr. Berman puts up with this is the big mystery -- at least to me.
