claims like this are often adjudicated in Chapter 11s; they’re usually what send operating companies into restructuring.
What makes you believe any BK filing would be a Chapter 11? I don't think it would be. But then again I am not a know it all. I do however know this, if DECN enters a BK, the J&J lawsuit will be one of the first things disposed of by a BK Trustee. Trustees only chase quick money and they almost never become surrogate litigators.
Again I plead for you to come in and take over the company. Your wealth of knowledge and experience is all we have left -- according to you.
