OTC investment = Risk with no guarantees. Dont think GNBT will make final decision , SEC has the authority. I suggest you make your own phone calls as part of your duediligence and decide to be patient or sell. Dont take it the wrong way but some of these posts are out of control. BTW 90 days i believe is on the 25th ......so is the ASM. Maybe buy a ticket and join the meeting if you invested a substantial amount. I think its all good, and Joe imo has spoilt us with his goodwill and share what he can.
