Agree. 10K, S1, and answer from NASDAQ. Then we worry about PPS. There are 7 trading days until div. 10K has to come out next week if there is any chance of uplist prior to div. That is what’s most important right now. Fingers crossed we get 10K on Monday and S1 a day or two later. An announcement on Friday that GNBT will be trading on NASDAQ beginning Monday. Div on Tuesday. NGIO Next month.
Any deviation from this is merely a bump in the road and I’m sure will only be temporary.
Probably my last post of the day because I still have not heard back about upgrade to premium. Have s good weekend folks. Hopefully Monday we all have something to cheer about.
“IMHO, as we wait to see if an exception will be made, it might be best for GNBT to come up with some ways to move up the PPS significantly. If the clock needs to be reset, at least let's hope the PPS is at $3 or $4, so we can be uplisted quickly and move on to bigger and better things.”
