I still don't understand why you're assigning that

Mr. Bordynuik also told thousands of investors, not just one patent attorney, that commercial operations had commenced when it hadn't. Mr. Bordynuik made statements about the 'fuel' which are mathematically impossible. Months after Somerset Refinery went under Mr. Bordynuik announced to shareholders that he had an offer from Somerset refinery to purchase his fuel for WTI-$3...but didn't disclose that the refinery was out of business making the supposed offer impossible to verify. Dozens of deals vanished and Mr. Bordynuik never announced that they vanished. Mr. Bordynuik literally traded 1M shares trading under low volume at $1 each for 'media credits' and then he booked those as an asset worth $10M...for which both the SEC and the OSC appropriately charged him with accounting fraud.
Yet you're focusing on a phrase in the patent application and telling me I need to do something? Can you clue me in as to why you're focusing on that one phrase by Mr. Bordynuik and assigning it that much importance?
