My worry is this: seeing the SP plummet, the potential partner might want lower royalties etc. It takes way more time, another raise, potential partners negotiate further and so on and so on. We raise more to prepare to go it alone, other trials don't progress quickly enough etc.

So, why not get 30m from licensing out certain territories and negotiate from a position of strength? I see no reason why we should even consider to raise at .35 while we have a multi billion dollar drug as an asset. All this could have been negotiated months ago. Or they could have raised at .60. I just do hope they are not overplaying their cards...
