I could even live with that rate, but problem will be most likely he’ll be only raising a couple of hundred thousand, killing share price and next raise at yet lower prices and this will continue to go on.
Why doesn’t he say, we’ve got the money?
Funding was secured, wasn’t it?
Why not tell the terms and execute?
