By the way he was very helpful from the bench to DECN yesterday. I listened to the archived hearing again. I picked up the first time how helpful Judge Reyna was to Pharmatech, but on listening again, I was even more impressed that he helped clarify Pharmatech's case immensely. His summary re. "'current time" or real time measurements seems to be the crux of the matter, and he helped steer the conversation that way several times.
The Lifescan attorney also stated regarding the recent Eli Lilly ruling, that "I beg to differ..." He had to say that to make his point, but yet probably didn't help his case any with Judge Reyna on the panel.
On second take, I'm much more comfortable with what went down at the hearing yesterday. I guess we'll know more in several weeks.
