Why would somebody who hates stock flips and speculators get all hyped up about stock flip bait?
Sensi and I missed you yesterday at the hearing. The courtroom needed all of your knowledge about patent litigation and how J&J operates. Words at breakfast would have had meaning.
Here is a little unknown tidbit. I am sure you remember when I threw out those two recent cases that had been decided by the same court, in fact Judge Reina from the DECN panel being one of the deciders. By the way he was very helpful from the bench to DECN yesterday. Anyway, late last week I posted on two message boards about one of these two cases, the Eli Lilly case in particular was spot on to the case DECN was arguing yesterday. I did so for a reason.
I have commented in the past, that DECN message board posters are often paid by J&J to turn over supposed dirt on DECN, something that several posters do many times each day. And guess what, out of the blue, a man who had previously said nothing about anything, the J&J 2nd chair, brought that case up and then LOLOL trashed the court's Lilly ruling. I wonder who of our posters on these message boards sells information to J&J. Of course it could be that a $190 billion Fortune 20 tracks DECN's message boards all on their own. Any comments.
