i think it is a 50/50 toss right now
2 weeks ago yesterday .. 100k went off in the last 10 minutes of the trading day
(IPIX closed up)
due to that *effort* .. I expected to see an 8K filed the following Monday AM
instead what came was a PR out of IPI

but what was interesting to me that week .. was what I was seeing on the *ask*
side for several days .. a *thinned* out ask side .. we also saw IPIX taken up to
18c (meaning NR wasn't *blocking* on the ask as has been the norm for most of 2019)
So that makes me suspect that NR does *anticipate* news of a material event
and I am not referring to the 10K
As I've noted to others (who've asked) .. I'm watching to see when the 10K is filed
It may (most likely) be filed Monday ( edited in ) (AH/s presumably) .. and then I'd be watching to see when (could be 10.1.19 or not) IPI files their next PR or files an 8K
But thinking outside of the box here .. It also won't surprise me if IPI files an NT
(delay on the 10K being filed) .. if mgmt needs additional time to finalize what I

So to answer your query .. I can see NR trying to do another *CONtrolled* take up on IPIX to negate impact of what *imo* NR expects .. as NR so aptly and ably did in early May 2019 to negate this:

If NR does a *CONtrolled* take up on IPIX .. imo worth noting *ask* side from
early May and week of *vote tally* (a 90% dagger to NRs' heart *imo*)
IPIX *ask* @ EOD on 5.1.19 (NRs' test *imo* done .. and over with by 11:04 on 5.3.19 )

So my best guess is *if* NR does another CONtrolled take up to reset on IPIX
NR will do their utmost to keep within range of last round (possibly higher).
Again I can only note where *imo* NR first started their cycles of money on CTIX
(IPIX) in September 2012 .. 70c (significant price point by NR when *stall* was in play too).
May 2019 's *effort* took a month to *do* and encompassed another
record setting *volume* day on IPIX .. PPS high and low noted below:

NR has 3 options ..
Flood SMBs .. with 99% negative posts .. to *stall to outlast retail investors and mgmt*
the vote tally courtesy of IPI's SM on 9.16.19 .. puts paid to that effort *imo*
no one with interest can ignore investor response of 90%
but I will reiterate .. for most of 2019 .. NR has held IPIX in a very tight PPS *range*
Aggressively and relentlessly brutalize target's PPS and do so with *volume*
that allows *embeds* to create FUD as to *volume's* origination
that was undertaken on 9.12.18 .. with *effort* resulting in a 7c 52 week low on 12.31.18 .. it is SOP on the OTC and not remotely unique to IPI/IPIX
Lastly .. NR when caught in a trap of their own creation will illegally manipulate an
orchestrated PPS *take up* .. ( May 2019 )
