Can't I have a normal Friday night?
1. G turned that lawsuit into shares issued at $0.10 ish. Win. That's done regardless of whether Reg A works out.
2. Current shares O/S 252,504,841
3. Series E and H appear ready to partially participate in this adventure.
4. Best Efforts offering, so no promises this is succcesful
5. 50,000,000 are going to be offered. That number tells us a lot given the goal is to raise $X and our current O/S is X, and further shares to be issued are X.
6. The price per share for sale will be $0.10. At times in the past I have shouted arbitrage from the roof tops. I'll be honest, I do not quite know what the point of raising $5M is when we're $35M in debt unless it's part of an iterative process of increasing valuation.
7. The funds raised per this offering will be utilized for working capital, launch of first hemp-based product line via Joint Venture with The Alchemist’s Kitchen, retirement of securities, discounted trade payables and certain other obligations of the Company.
8. They're planning on raising this money with non US investors through NY.
9. There will be amendments. This is still sloppy in places.
