Now let me explain this as well 2010 was a key year for Immunotech, a start up year >> So many many things had to come to fruition before $IMMB even became a thought in the investors eyes. Jump ahead to 2012 a line from the OTC >> Note=12-31-04 company is in the development stage Keeping in mind Dr Harry was already 8-10 years developing his Patents....so while in a developing stage all investors received were 8-ks a steady flow, each showing steps towards a Revenue Producing Company...we received 1 10-k on January 5,2011, and all filings were legalized/audited filings to the SEC. After that another series of 8-ks and the final kicker the Hiring of an ELITE BUSINESS GURU Bo Linton , whom is exactly that a guy whom takes Developing Stage Companies to the Bulletin (NYSE/Nasdaq), something Dr. Harry simply had no experience with nor the time. Are you with me still, another words No Interest within the Investors eyes, but hold on Bo Linton starts firing out PRs, not fluff PRs, which the OTCs get a steady stream of, Actual Meat and Potatoes..New Website, fully up to date, and a LOI, he is truly working his magic and I guarantee you with all the Patents Approved his job is all that much easier... So in retrospect since Bo came in we received 3 News releases and the eyes/attention are growing fast, SIMPLY PUT as Gary stated this is a HIDDEN GEM a POTENTIAL LIFE CHANGER....

I hope this clears the air as to the lack of volume, but realize this 1 million shares and we now hold 229,000 of them with no sellers as of yet. If we do get some bigger volume days and a steady stream of PRs/Contracts expect your life to change...This has the makings of a Vermillion type move trips to $35 in a few months, except only 1 million share float which has been confirmed as of January 30th/2013.
