Dear CytoDyn shareholder and interested investors:
Following our Annual Meeting of Stockholders on September 12, several investors expressed an interest for an opportunity to invest in another financing round. In response to this request, we provided a registered direct offering for our investors, which we closed on September 19. Many investors needed more time, so we are now also reaching back out to many of you with the same offering. A summary of the terms are as follows:
Offering Terms:
$0.40 per Unit
Each Unit includes 1 share of Common and one-half Warrant
Warrant:
50% coverage
Exercise price: $0.45 per share
Term: 5 years
If you have an interest, please let me know and I will promptly forward to you the offering documents.
We plan to close this offering by next Thursday, September 27 and feel free to contact Nader directly at any time. Thank you for your interest and continuing support.
