I don’t like this, something doesn’t seem righ

I don’t like this, something doesn’t seem right, it was a rushed offering, which gave me the feeling they secured some kind of funding, and it was a small raise which seemed like good news, now there looking for more money did something fall through? Why more now? Makes little sense to me!
