CSTI's history of aiding and abetting an UPSIDE DOWN NR goes back to July 2010 (not so coincidentally .. *effort* timed to the exact month of P2O's first hit piece)

works almost exclusively via NITE & CDEL these days ..
(CSTI passed the *effort* to CDEL in 2012)

and what is so interesting in 2019 about NRs' effort (besides 90 day vol effort held for months until early June) .. is the change outs ( time frame ) between both NITE & CDEL ( PRIMARY )
