There was never a bid for 2 million shares.
That was noted , or seen, on the L2 after the market closed.
And it disappeared as soon as the market opened.

What the L2 reads between 4pm and 9:30am is not routed trade request through a market maker.
Any numbers of quantity or value are meaningless.
