$GIFX Longest RM ever but don't be fooled! This will be epic hopefully before the end of the year. Watching for Financials here in October. SEC filings imminent per CEO Tweet!

This is an OTC Play with Revenues, Earnings and Assets..it's big...huge.
On the surface it has;
1. Caveat Empire
2. Needs business license updated
Don't let that fool you either! Dig a little more and you will see...
GIFA is a much different beast all together. This one I believe is a life changer for anyone in it at these levels. GIFA is a 1 to 3 billion dollar debt free company sneaking in from the back using an RM with over 100 million+ in assets. It's absolutely insane with the share structure it has. I figure it will have to do a forward split once it settles down with the catalyst coming once this RM is completed with financials and SEC current. We are nearly there as per the last PR "financials are completed and will update soon" or something like that. On a very, very, very conservative verified facts $1 to $3 easy. I personally believe it will be $30+ in the end IMHO.
