$GIFX: SEC filings imminent per CEO Tweet today !

An OTC Play with Revenues, Earnings and Assets..it's big...huge...
Anything stated here to the contrary is pure disinformation, stockbullshit, false narratives and not based in fact or reality.
A highly coordinated effort has been mounted by a short firm to try and discredit this stock and company, we know who they are now, down to the minutia, every detail. Investigators have them 100% positively identified.

Our on-ground due diligence and people who have seen it up close, of course knew all this already (and yes, we have multi-lingual folks so we don't need Google translate, and we can call the company or any subsidiary by phone and speak to them, etc to verify our rock solid due diligence, as opposed to the highly coordinated short firm disinformation and false narrative campaign being propagated daily to try and harm the company and the stock).
The coordinated short firm efforts at disinformation and grossly false narratives will have no effect on what is about to take place here with this huge GIFX reverse merger, none. None at all. It's over for them and the highly coordinated and orchestrated non stop disinformation campaign.
GIFA, they built a $12 million euro new world headquarters, and did it in approx 4 short months, from start to finish. We've had people visit inside the building- it's state of the art, and absolutely immaculate and stunning (marble, fine hardwoods, state of the art computing running a central server to distributed workstations they have so many employees, etc)
The main Grandex Finance location (there will be branches) - it's in a newly built, immaculate and up-scale outdoor shopping mall and promenade. Trendy brand name fashion shops, dining and cafes, and other posh businesses on entire block. Businesses on bottom, professional offices for doctors and attorneys etc on 2nd floor, and trendy Euro-style loft apartments above. It's a beautiful location - and as usual, Kisa's facility is immaculate inside and out, like the headquarters building. Very high-end area of town, Grandex Finance. We have "on the ground" extensive photos and video.
This is not a standard vapor-ware OTC reverse merger. The company has many employees, they have revenues and profits as the CEO pointed out today in preparing their final reverse merger SEC filings and balance sheets, they have hard assets like real estate, they're a real business and have real assets.
This is easily a $1 dollar per share stock just to start off with. It will only get better from there as they roll-in all their final business subsidiary units by end of 2019.
They have the share structure of a NASDAQ company:
160 million shares outstanding (a pittance)
47 million share micro float, almost unheard of on the OTC
Zero dilution, none. Not a single share ever diluted since Gifa took-over and began the reverse merger - unheard of in OTC-ville. And 100% contrary to the false narratives and coordinated disinformation campaign of the short firm and those propagating false narratives.
Gifa operate a major finance/loan brokering division, they purchased Grandex Finance which does "factoring loans" to small and mid-sized businesses, an extremely lucrative sector to be in, and they do pay-day style personal loans from Grandex also.
They have a tourism division and operate other branch services such as a call center, etc. They own and operate a Forex trading desk as part of their financial sector businesses, etc.
A true conglomerate and growing - with plans already moving ahead to buy a pharmaceutical company Intel Chemicals (raw materials and some finished drugs) - and we have "on the ground" photos of that facility already also - and have contact with them via telephone in their native language, it's very real, and very proven to be factual. Yes.

This is going to be a spectacular reverse merger play- this is the ground floor here. When they cut loose the SEC filings, it's going to move at epic speeds given the micro float. Light speeds.
It's already proven GIFX stock can move 25% or more on a lousy $2 or $3K of buying on low volume. When they SEC file, this will trade almost the entire float in a matter of a day or two- it can move 50% to 100% in a single day, easily, again due to the micro float and majority of that float already held by longs (yes, we have a good idea how much of the float is already held by longs, a majority portion, it's verified due diligence).
The facts below, this is what this mega reverse merger is all about. No OTC "alternative filer" nonsense here. Full SEC filer only - expect a SEC FORM 10, and then a series of 10-Q's for the remaining 2 quarters, a few misc SEC filings and they will instantly be "SEC CURRENT", the CE mark will vanish, and the chase will be epic, one for the record books IMO:
