That is why I liked the TO this summer, they were giving up warrants, so the free perk was gone, you are adding risk instead of reducing it. And most warrants exchanged was gotten through buying 75c or $1 shares; who would sell at 35c, if the TO drops your average to 45c? Makes no sense in that situation. Also, if you sold shares to fund the TO, you actually lost total shares by participating, not gaining free warrants like this.
Assuming that is the reason, and they raise enough to get the deal done to reach milestone payments, i.e. no more Paulson, then the only seller remaining would be the note holder, which didn’t seem to be selling today when I looked and they don’t sell millions of shares in such a short span like we have seen over the last week or so.
