I have a question though, some may be more familia

Based on the CC, NP mentioned that financing options are looking good and that he has some sort of financing in place that will be less dilutive, hopefully not with Paulson again. How can we have financing with releasing more shares, with attached warrants, and not have it be dilutive? If there are warrants, you can't prevent these people like Paulson from continuing to buy shares with warrants and sell just the share to hold onto warrants. So beyond the obvious potential BP/MRK/GIL, what other possibility is there for financing that won't cause more diluation?
With that, why is everyone talking about this being the last week we see shares in 40 cent range? Everyone has been saying that since the CC last week. Is that something I miss heard at the CC? Plus, unless I am mistaken, which I very well may be...I had heard that the next fundraising/release of shares will still be with Paulson (though *fingers crossed* that it won't be) and that it will be for a share price of $0.38/sh with 1/2 warrant. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong
