Re: sts77 #8038
read my recent posts such as:

u cant make these things up-its too crazy -all the forces of hell were bent against this enterprise
bob tried to do what he could to preserve some value for longs but reportedly was rebuffed by agencie(s) which may still have been controlled by the previous still not replaced(at that time) political appointees orders to destroy business

bob had 4 suits against brad -including to recover his reportedly unpaid for equipment-which the surface landowner now says brad turned over to the surface landowner-just unbelievable
if so bob would have to sue the surface landowner to get his equip back
reads like an alfred hitchcock story

Dont know the process by which the surface landowner got Bobs equipment
surface landowner intends on mining baja 14 himself

Given Bobs experiences with the swamp in relation to running a public company, its not likely Bob would want to run another public company-running a public company is a huge headache-the purpose is to raise money via stock issuance-something bashers obviously have never understood

Bobs attempts to help longs had to do with his private company efforts-
but without lots of mining equipment and without being independently wealthy- both of which are almost required to be one of the rare successful mining startups-its hard to succeed- mining startups are the hardest and thus some aggressive entrepreneurs try it just to see if they can do it to cap a stellar career.

We have increasingly experienced a time in history where good guys have been under constant attack-for at least 50 years now-which can actually be traced back to yalta and the seeds even much further back than that-but a change is coming- a new time is coming-which will usher in some rationality and justice-but nobody knows the exact timing

you can only butt your head against the wall of injustice/insanity for so long-I've done so for many decades but i've not personally known anybody else to survive such for more than 2 years except for Bob-

you have to consider that Bob is past normal retirement age-last I knew he had a good relationship with Bao/Mr Zhao- the only big steelmaker which did not have its own mines- but Bao now does have a big mine in Brazil I believe

so any benefit to longs would have to come out of Bobs generosity in relation to a private mining startup of his- friendship with Bao does not buy equipment or a suitable port or a suitable road to port- previous posts would indicate Bao was willing to help with such if Bob acquired his equipment- but remember the bad jv etc led to CWRN's downfall- its almost impossible to build a just jv relationship between a junior party and a huge party-and Bob is no doubt much more aware of that now

I believe Baja 14 was the most promising combination of such things that Bob and his team had discovered after prospecting dozens to hundreds of sites in Mexico for many years.

He has since discovered better deposits but that doesnt change the facts-almost all mining startups are destroyed for lack of money-and thus such startups are either destroyed via toxic financing or toxic jv's

so any benefit Bob or ex-CWRN longs (since CWRN has been de-listed) might receive depends on a change in the atmosphere (a battle which almost everybody is watching without recognizing what they are witnessing-let alone taking part in the battle) before hard work can succeed and be rewarded (without running into an endless wall of nonsensical opposition).

measures of justice are coming-whether that includes this situation remains to be seen
