I agree and they will not get a higher amount there, my guess is company always wanted 50% and have been negotiating on milestones payments. Once last opportunity given to any BP that has been slow playing CytoDyn.
In October, we could get news for the mono pivotal phase 3 approval, BLA part 2 submission, and this deal announced.
