It’s not just that WE know about the 50% royalty on net sales deal, but everybody else (BP) knows now too.
It’s saying : don’t even think of trying to make us a low ball offer if you want to partner, you’d better come up with significant numbers!
I REALLY like this anchoring, because it influences every interested party.
We might not know all the specifics, but just announcing the 50% royalty deal is fantastic news!
