for those who've asked specific to the timing of this week's auto sells (currently known courtesy of form 4s' filed AH's on 9.6.19 ..
part of my response to another via PM earlier today ..

my best guess is those auto sells .. kicked in starting Tuesday ..
so here is this week's DRS %s .. note the below 20% ( again you have to back to Feb 2019 to see that low of a % )

here's the rough total volume for this past week on IPIX ~ 1,246,150
split in 2 .. buys = 623,075 .. sells = 623,075 (because for every buy there is a sell)
so we know that JH had an auto sell of 9619 shares and AB's auto sell of 421,611 shares (total = 431,230 )
431230 / 623075 = 69.20%
remember too .. this week ( 9.3.19 ) a long sat with a GTC @ bid (125c) with 240000 shares
and was filled in 4 trades (of size) .. that was 60%~ of the day's total volume
240000 / 623075 = 38.51%
that long's GTC @ bid provided a speed bump of significance imo for the timing of those auto sells of JH & AB .. that got done this week

i expect volatility because mgmt has a chance here (time frame en route) to exploit those who illegally manipulate OTC targets
going forward from tomorrow thru EOY .. 52 week high keeps resetting lower and lower
which impacts YOY %s .. and only courtesy of another OTC survivor that has been *green* YOY % for most of 2019 .. on uber low volume .. and significantly high DRS %s NR marks CONsistently .. and breaking out the tape of trades to see the mirrored trades when *trades* are actually undertaken .. does that *green* YOY% reveal itself as an issue to NR
at this point with IPIX .. nothing will surprise me with NR .. they have the time to do another (as was done in May) controlled take up and reset back .. they can stall here until the 19th .. and imo if LE doesn't have a surprise tucked up his sleeve and outed by say the last week of Sept 2019 .. it won't surprise me if NR cranks up *volume injection* (as was done in the last 4 months of 2018) to reset 52 week low of 7c (reset 12.31.18) in alignment with lots of new *aliases* (here and there) touting EOY tax loss selling
again none of this is unique to IPI or IPIX
currently imo NR has failed rather spectacularly in parting IPIX shares out of investors' hands
so far in 2019 .. NR has an issue creating *volume* .. without it being marked * high * via DRS %s .. consistently .. that has been in play for most days on IPIX since NRs' *interestingly timed* pattern change out in early March .. there was a brief *break* in May (run to reset to negate impact of 5.16.19's 8K) ..
that March - early May pattern of consistently high DRS%s .. restarted @ the EO May .. and pretty much has been held in place since then
imo NR is between a rock and a hard place with IPI's continued ability to execute
btw not for anything because i'm sure it's just a coincidence .. but it was just over 8 weeks from the time the 8K was filed on 5.16.19 to the next 8K filed on 7.22.19
and 8 weeks~ from 7.22.19 brings the calendar to the week of 9.16.19
