Tenth Amendment. Anytime Congress wants to change the U. S. Constitution be suspect of foul play. So while I believe there may be some good intentions at heart in an attempt "to strengthen the Tenth Amendment" or just someone trying for a headliner in their campaign as the next president so be very weary. The Tenth Amendment is pretty straight forward. Simply this, if it "isn't in the U. S. Constitution" the rights of the States
prevail and they can make marijuana legal (or not). No where is marijuana illegal in the constitution that I am aware of and any state (in fact so far as many as 33 States) have made marijuana legal in what ever form they have so wished, CBD's or rolling your own joint. Our federal government is doing and has done its best at eroding the rights of each state because it is for our "own protection". The people are not so unaware that a decision can't be made as to what seems very obvious already. Getting the money generated into federal chartered banks may fall under the federal governments jurisdiction but any state can make this product legal, getting paid is proving to be a challenge. However just be informed on what you support Canadian and U. S. companies are weaving this old product through a maze of what may have been unjust laws from the beginning. I support HEXO as one company leading the way for some common sense regulations in MJ use.
