Trding - I also read Dr RP lawyers letter to court few times.
And I for one am not impressed ... the way it is written showing me that Dr RP really don't have any important thing to say, or his attorneys are not very experience ,
I still remember many medical malpractice letters I read from people I know , and letters they read to us during legal courses I took .
And Dr RP accomplished nothing to what we can see , before company started to notice and react to it , June -July 2019.
What they saying that Dr NP was putting patients in danger by rushing IND for mColon cancer is nonsense .
Medical protocol goes by few people, and at the end by FDA , this is why FDA takes time before they are approving any IND , they checking everything including doses of medicine.
They checking probably over a month now dose for our combo , is it better 700 or 525 for our patients , and they will not approve before they feel comfortable with their decision.
I too will not be surprise to learn one day that things were intentionally delay ...
--November 2018 Dr RP was talking that he is in a process to make prognostic test as a urine test , never happened ...
-- November 2018 they were talking IND for colon cancer very soon , never
happened.
--IND for TNBC approved November 2018 , not one patient injected or even screen.
--Contract with NorthWest University not signed , until after June-July when Dr NP called Dr Cristofanilli himself..

Actually the last few months I was calling Marek very often , and asking what is wrong because this is not normal, why patients are not injected , and often he call / text me back saying
" I just checked with Richard and he said , all is good and any day now "
I understand that for many months Dr RP was saying that lawyers having problem with consent form , and I was telling , no possibilities lawyer will delay study for so many months because they don't agree with consent form...
My opinion was that they trusted Dr RP so much that it took them very long time to start to question things.
And yes , all IMO only.
