Back in the day, there was this dude called Nostradamus
He was best known for his book Les Prophéties, a collection of 942 poetic quatrains
That allegedly predictied future events
Many called him a liar
Wasn't message boards back then so people had to actually
Get off their ass and publicly do it face to face
Imagine that?
Even the same people that demanded of him to know their future
Called him a liar
Nostry couldn't win either way
I don't think he was lying, but he wasn't running a company either
He had nothing to gain or lose
Except maybe his life back in the day where BWers ran amuck.
The SEC caught on to people demanding to know the future
Figured if people were demanding a prediction of the future
Let's not stone the ones that they were asking
Whey they can do, they under safe harbor, is provide forward looking statements.
