The filings seemed to indicate that the conflict started when RP objected to moving forward in one area (I can’t recall the exact details) due to patient safety concerns, which NP overrode. That seemed to be where the relationship really began to deteriorate fast. When I read that I got chills bc i could actually imagine NP being so passionate about progress at this point in time that he would potentially cut corners. While NP is the sole reason this company exists, he often has gotten ahead of himself many times. For example, the protocol for the PII delays where we had to add 20 extra people at the last minute to have a statistically significant result.
I own over 400k shares and am a forever long, but those filings have me concerned for several reasons. RP is a reputable person with a long career. I don’t imagine he would make up those claims over a personal squabble. I acknowledge it’s only one side of the case though. But also NP has always made me nervous with his over optimistic claims and timelines.
