Honestly no, not at this point. I read through it once and nothing stuck out to me. Looked to me like the problems started after RP got caught doing something. The no votes, I suspect was RP and others that preferred to keep RP over the bad publicity of firing him. If I was on the BOD, it would take quite a bit for me to vote yes, it would not be a 50/50 toss-up vote if I was undecided. Undecided would be no vote for me, a yes vote will be closer to 100% RP should go.
Anything specific you were concerned with.
