Agree with both you and BL. Much is missing from

The one concerning point that seemed like an odd question at the time (but in hindsight seems like it could be important) is when was the agreement inked with Northwestern? Dr. Cristofanilli was noted to be the Principal Investigator long ago (January or sooner), but RPs lawsuit claims that the deal was not signed until 8 July 2019. IMO this question was specifically and deliberately asked during the 30 July CC to support RP and/or discredit NP.
Again, this is one side of the story and there is a lot of missing time and information for me try and make a judgement of who was at fault in all of this. I'm sure like most conflicts, there was some unintentional wrong doing on both sides, but hopefully no intentional malicious acts and the two sides can come to a beneficial consensus sooner rather than later. As far as I can tell, this lawsuit will not impact leronlimab's success in any indication and will primarily be a side show until resolved.
