*short answer* .. YES
sorry about the delayed response Pete .. some days there are not enough hours in the day ..
imo it is vital for retail to understand that NR (non retail) always believes it can outlast *retail* and OTC mgmt teams
imo the reason is because of NRs' almost unlimited resources (colluding entities)
that can align on an as needed basis .. with little transparency or oversight ..
it's not difficult to see why *entities* would see OTC targets as a win/win *effort*
NR works cycles of money on take ups/take downs on OTC targets .. this effort
can run for days .. weeks .. months and in the case of IPIX *imo* .. 2 to 3 years
(@ 70c starting in September 2012)
so in IPIX's (CTIX) case .. with both mgmt and retail investors *lulled* into a false
sense of security because of 2 years of NR working those cycles of money ..
mgmt announces intent to uplist (2014) .. NR then sets up their final *take up* of significance (EO 2014)
and then NR does their hand off ..i.e. NRs' efforts of 2015 .. and we all know what that brought about
this is why volume (real/bogus and in between) .. imo is the key .. and it's why it is worth noting NRs' pattern change outs
no one does smoke and mirrors better then NR
so the key imo for retail with interest .. is discerning what is *real* and what is smoke
retail enters the *ring* with hands tied behind their back and blindfolded
mgmt *imo* has a very interesting window ahead of it .. if said window can be exploited
by mgmt .. (Sept 2019 to Dec 2019)
personally it's my belief that *NR* (non retail) learned something specific early into 2019
which is why we all saw the pattern change out on DRS %s .. starting March 1
into early May (2019) .. in early May we all got to see NR illegally orchestrate
IPIX *up ward* on *volume* done to negate the impact of IPI's material event
of 5.16.19
since then we've watched a *tightening* (imo) timeline on NRs' pattern change outs
once 9.7.19 passes .. IPIX's 52 week high drops dramatically .. day in .. week out
(remember 52 week low was *reset* to 7c on NRs' bogus volume injection on 12.31.18)
i'd expect *if able to* .. that NR gets ever more *volatile* .. but that volatility should be revealed via *volume*
