Thanks Trding, that’s right it was the conversation between ISW and Marek. I was looking through the 10-K and maybe my memory was wrong as the only thing I could find was a boilerplate note that the company has the ‘option’ to buy the restricted 8M shares for $.001. I’m looking from my phone, so search capabilities are not the best.
“In the event Dr. Pestell’s employment with the Company is terminated, as defined in Dr. Pestell’s employment agreement with the Company, the Company will have an option to repurchase such Restricted Shares from Dr. Pestell at a purchase price of $0.001 per share.” From page 70.
