There will always be sellers and buyers, my thought is there was a big accumulator during the first dividend, that buyer could of bought over 100k shares which turned into 2.1 million shares, maybe they need cash, with our volume today it would take weeks to get rid of 2.1 million shares, maybe even more, when we did the last dividend the borrow of shares was huge, they all got covered because when the dividend is definitive they know the shares are coming (brokerage firms, MM’s) so they loan them out at up to 40% I’ve seen, do the math at last dividend borrowing shares at even 40% your up huge. Lastly, if people have restricted shares say from a acquisition and they put those shares in their accounts then the brokerage firm sees them as investors in their accounts so they back out the restriction and then borrow them for shorters based on when they will free up, I’ve heard shorters transfer their shorts from one firm to another though I have no proof of that and or and experience in that just conjecture from people in the know, so it’s anyones guess, all I can say GNBT has done a lot with stock in the last 3 years, could it be someone who got shock in a deal years ago, YES, then why hide the trade or what normal person has the power to disguise themselves with trades after hours, I know no one like that.
