Just realized that every license deal or partnership that AlphaSigma does, they don’t mention any of the $ put forth in the upfront payment. At most they mention it being a 5,6,7,8 digit number but no hard $. I found that when they do a deal with a public company, you can go back to the companies prior 8k and new 8k and find the difference of cash on hand, pending no other sales. The OptiBiotix deal doesn’t even put a number on upfront payments it just says the AS will pay a 5 digit return per month for licensing OB’s product for 10 years. AS seems to keep their $ transactions close to there belt when it comes to releasing info on deals.
