I am fairly sure the any day now in tnbc came straight from RP. NP was just repeating what RP was saying. For whatever reason, I believe RP was lying or at the very least misleading. I can’t remember when NP said he would look onto it, that date would be interesting to find out. Maybe NP uncovered something more during that, if the dates line up.
