I am listening to our last CC mostly daily ...
At the beginning I also was thinking that Dr Sacha will be using some drugs to remove virus from reservoir cells together with Leronlimab.
But this is not my understanding now , I believe that someway with stem cell transplant , or similiar procedures , using Leronlimab , he can produce similar to CCR5Delta32 mutation , resistant to HIV.
But then , do we need to use Leronlimab forever ????
I guess in few months we will know more ...
I am very curious , thinking about this every day , since we know that Leronlimab has no effect on its own on reservoir cells ...
According to Dr Sacha sexually transmitted HIV ALWAYS go threw CCR5.
they consider CCR5 as a "gatekeeper " of sexually transmitted HIV.
