A lot of folks now consider the court cases to be just icing on the cake. There is a slim chance that our case will be heard by the Supreme Court. If it does, and if we win, I think the stock price will zoom way up and stay up. Maybe just a couple of cents for the SA win, but 5, 10, or more cents when DUO settles. Could see a dollar or more pretty quick if we win and settle the court cases.
I do not know what affect the HP (or other cases) will have on our pps. If they make it so we can win our cases, then again our pps goes way up.
Not sure of exact date of shareholder meeting, but it is usually in the middle/end of November, right after the Q3 report is released. It is usually held in NJ at the company offices.
Share price in 6 months is totally dependent on revenues and dilution. I have no idea, but if we get real good (and increasing) revenues, the pps should get back over a penny.
The company needs about $500,000 per quarter to break even. Once they reach that point they should not need to dilute any more to keep the lights on.
I do not know about the convertible notes --- whether the owners will continue converting or can wait for the company to repay the loans.
