Hope this is appropriate post, so please don't delete. I am just so baffled right now that nothing seems to effect our share price, I thought I'd just draft this post, with my questions.
First, I wonder if there Is someone on the board who is a good list maker, like we had last year, maybe a lawyer who can make list of things that we could expect to likely happen, say in next 6 months or so. or further out is fine too.
The following is my list of possibilities, if someone, a lawyer perhaps, would like to add to or subtract from list, that would be helpful at least to me.
1. Supreme Court will return in the fall, and hopefully will rule favorably on SFOR petition. Feel free to include opinions of possibilities of this happening in our favor, or not, are also welcome. feel free to include any ideas of impact on SFOR share price if there is favorable ruling.
2. if ruling from Supreme Court, and also from Congress, are favorable for SFOR, can we expect to see substantial increase in our share price?
3. what about lawsuits if rulings strengthen SFOR position? how can we expect these might effect SFOR share price.
4. The Congress will return in September and we should hear something from that forum, specifically Senators Coons and Tillis. any guesses on how this might impact SFOR share price?
5. Actually, I don't understand why nobody knows when the dilution will be finished, and why can't we just ask Mark? does anyone have any ideas on this?
6. Regarding the expected (hopefully) Supreme Court ruling on our SFOR request, when is ruling on Berkheimer v. HP expected? any guesses on how this ruling will effect SFOR share price?
7. do we know date of shareholders meeting? and where will it be held?
