Some basic info about channel partner ACS CSI
Post# of 82672
CSI (ACS) licenses 2 types of technology from SFOR.
The anti-keylogger stuff:
GuardedID/MobileTrust by SFOR was modified/branded for ACS into EndpointLock
(ACS has a number of reseller deals for this product/technology that include DSS, FirstData, McAfee & many more)
The authentication stuff:
ProtectID by SFOR and it's out-of-band authentication tech can also be utilized by ACS
(we await more information about existing ACS deals that may integrate this technology into the payment card industry and other industries. Existing deals such as FirstData & McAfee are likely candidates.)
The SFOR agreement with CSI (ACS) includes both the anti-keylogger and authentication technologies. Below I mention only the anti-keylogger info.
CSI (ACS) pays SFOR 15% on the sales for the anti-keylogger products that SFOR created and then branded for them (Endpointlock).
CSI (ACS) had also agreed to purchase the anti-keylogger patents for 9m. Later the timeline was extended and the amount increased to 10m. They haven't paid the fee yet to buy the anti-keylogger patents as was indicated on the 10k and recent 10Q.
In the future, after they make payment for the anti-keylogger patents, the 15% licensing fee to SFOR continues but only on 1/2 of the sales.
