If you disconnect bsafe while vehicle is not runni

If you disconnect bsafe while vehicle is not running, will bsafe know and report to administrator once car starts and drives again? I hear no -- it cannot detect this.

So teens will make a stop, disconnect and drive again, without detection.

Is there a video on ONCI website that can clear this question up?
