Another question I commented on a few days ago.

Seafarer filed the claim for the trademark for the SeaSearcher name in May. This filing included cool artwork and a brief description of what the tech would do.
Why didn't they release this info to the public at the time, at least on Facebook and brag about it?
I mean, according to a certain convicted felon who has me on ignore, this technology is a hoax, the company is a scam and a P&D and it will take years to develop the technology that also does not exist yet also already exists.
So if that was the case, I would think the company would be promoting the heck out of it to get people excited so all of those relatives and other discount buyers of shares could be dumping their shares for millions of dollars in profit.
But that is not what happened at all. Instead, said felon (and non-shareholder) found the filing information somewhere in the US patent and trademark office and posted the info online in a misguided and doomed attempt to attack the company once again by claiming that the filing proved the tech didn't work because "where's the silver and gold?" if it's been in operation since May, yet, then switched to "no way they built this in three months since they just started in May."
But a trademark filing in May does not mean either thing. It does not mean they started on it in May and it doesn't mean they finished it in May. All it means is that in the month of May they decided on a name and had solidly established what it would generally do. Which means they clearly started on it sometime before May. Way before May. And now Reynolds says they are 'very close'.
The company told me, because I asked, that they would not be commenting on the Seasearcher officially until they have treasure on deck, proving that it works. Which makes perfect sense to me.
And I have to give them credit for keeping something like that under wraps for that long.
Just wanted to clarify that.
