I just checked and notes go all the way back to 2009 for both relatives and non-relatives. But I noticed several from 2018 for $25K each from a board member and a relative. Both a board member and a relative. Why isn't that person cashing in? Or even converting so they have the option to sell?
Those notes are convertible at the lenders option. So they could convert and sell any time they want.
I bet they know what's going on.
I'm going to follow their lead and hold on to my shares also.
