asking the wrong person .. I look forward to the total transparency that Tzero (T+0)
and block chain being implemented presumably in my lifetime .. will provide
imo the only thing that cleans up the U.S. Equities is their total implosion
because the system is beyond rigged and imo the SEC knows it full well
that said if retail understands (can read) NRs' efforts on the OTC ..
retail can easily exploit NRs' patterns on exchange traded stocks
and imo if *aware* early enough .. OTC targets (mgmts) can do the same ..
if or when P2O executes on *imo* one of the many options the company has
NR faces the dilemma of their efforts in reverse .. 30c - 35c .. 70c - 80c .. $1.00
to $1.25 .. and the biggie in play for about 7 years now (give or take) .. $1.50
to $1.65
the above has nothing to do with what the company does or doesn't do .. it's
the *route* NR traveled down on PTOI's relentless compression (on mostly
wash traded *volume*) .. reminder PTOI YTD *volume* in 2013/2014 ~ 36M~
NR last illegally manipulated PTOI up in Jan 2013 ..
P2O was wrested back in mid August 2013
RH infused multiple millions on September 30, 2013 ..
NR reset that *effort* @ EO 2013.. NRs' classic ploy is to reset 52 week lows then
NR reset that *effort* in early 2014 .. wash trading is another classic ploy by NR
NR almost lost that reset on PTOI in the summer of 2014 .. when NYSDEC
permits were issued (and not noted by mgmt .. rather by an actual P2O investor)
what was amazing tho' about that round .. was the *volume* on a 6c PPS range
of course by the last Q of 2014 .. with most of the aromatics flushed out ..
one (LONDON CALLING) would remain .. NRs' timing of that cert's utilization
was impeccable .. NR deployed efforts to reset PTOI's 52 week low from 6c to 5c
to *negate* any impact by the release of the ACC Executive Summary .. but note
the volume expended for that *effort*
NR has never given a damn about what any OTC target does .. it's all about
illegally manipulating price points for cycles of money on 1000s of entities ..
it is only when NR is UPSIDE DOWN so significantly .. that NRs' *goal* switches
to destroying their prior cash cow .. it's cheaper for NR to kill target .. then cover
this is why assets .. options and awareness matter
P2O's assets include .. actual investors .. founder's tech .. share structure .. CEO
& BoD with skin in the game
and interestingly since earlier this year .. YOY %s that are positive on *low* volume
i will reiterate NR has squat and remains desperate to protect 3c on PTOI
now that may change going forward but not until an actual investor actually sells
which is why .. PTOI's volume for the back half of 2019 will be revealing
and NRs' efforts are never far away ..
