Sorry, but I find this kind of amusing: I have never had any kind of margin account and really don't want to be bothered with that.
Unless you pay cash for everything, You probably have all kinds of margin accounts: Auto Loans, Credit Card, Home Mortgage, etc.. You are borrowing the money in hope of paying it all back with increasing future income.
If you expect VERB pps to increase in value, then exercising Warrant on Margin in order not to sell shares immediately, "could be" a good thing. Yes, there could be risk if pps fell.
But anyway, that is just my opinion.
Just enjoy your gains.
