Yes, I get that, but it is a tradeoff of paying no taxes on immediate income versus potentially having to sell less shares if the share price is much higher at time of exercise.

I'm beginning to like the idea of exercising them monthly , it is sort of a cost averaging technique but in reverse.

I have never had any kind of margin account and really don't want to be bothered with that.
