In fact, I had a much smaller amount going into the uplist to NASDAQ, and was quite happy with that, but I never imagined I would have the chance to accumulate so many more shares and warrants as I have managed to, in the time since going to NASDAQ. I don't anticipate selling any shares anytime soon, that is for sure. Well, until time to exercise warrants, I may have to sell some shares as I exercise warrants as I don't think I can come up with the cash to purchase all my warrants outright.
That's a nice problem to have though, and I'll deal with that when the time comes, although I anticipate it arriving quite soon. I think there's a good chance the share price will hit $3.44 plus the average cost of my warrants (0.72), not too long after 2Q earnings. My plan is to exercise them such that I don't have to report any immediate income, beyond the capital gains that I incur having to sell some stock acquired in the process of exercising all the options. Although perhaps I might not exercise all warrants right away, I have to think about the math of holding some until the price is higher, making me have to sell less shares in the process, versus of course the immediate income those would incur when exercising them while the stock is much higher than $3.44 + price I paid for each warrant.
