It is great that this board is kept free of BWers. I do see the occasional post of the kind you describe, but those are few and far between and they don't usually stay up long. Other boards more than 90% are BW posts and then there are those foolish enough to reply to them,quite often with nonsense and not true DD, which I know gets them pennies per reply, etc. It is in my opinion very foolish to reply to BWers or attempt to debate them, no one is going to change what they post as they aren't doing any DD on the stock they bash, and no opinions are going to be changed by entering into some silly debate with them.
The few times I've glanced at another board, I've seen no useful DD unlike this board where I learn a lot from others posts. I was fortunate that I found this board shortly after I started investing in the company a year ago March.
I noted over the weekend you posted about those who boast about "trading but holding a core position" which definitely does not make them longs in my book. It is funny those who post and boast about making some short term profit too. I've seen the exact same thing on other stocks. This one is unique in that I never saw a post like the notorious BWer who claimed he could do it in 1000 lines of code! This is the same person who would end his post saying he is 100% honest LOL! If someone has to assure everyone they are an honest person, chances are they aren't! He got the price to drop by quite a bit that day with that notorious post, and he always said he was just trading the stock, so he obviously took advantage of that price drop he caused. Also the BWers claim to be altruistic in that they are helping provide info on the company, all along they are just working at manipulating the stock for their own personal gains and aren't anyone's friend.
I'm glad BWers are quickly banished from here. Their posts are a waste and contain nothing informative, just whining about their problems with the stock's short term performance and quite often ignoring facts about the company's growth.
