That article is libelous. In no way is OSTK a "shady" company.
The author just seems outraged that a company would dare to fight back against short-sellers. It doesn't seem to be much of a stretch to assume that this author is himself short OSTK and/or other companies that have been unfairly and illegally attacked.
Hope he loses his shirt.
