Today Ucore showed their "expert witness" list ( warning )
Ucore has invested in excess of $35M in exploration, mineral resource delineation and confirmation, and mine plan development at the site. All of this work has been performed by some the most prevalent and credible advisors in the mining sector. These include Aurora Geosciences, Hazen Laboratories, Knight Pisold, SGS, SRK, Stantec, Tetra Tech, Trinity Consultants, et al. There is little doubt as to the strategic value of this asset to the United States, and the implications of the project to U.S. independence in the production of heavy REE.
Keep in mind, if, if, Iazz wants to try and play games into the OTP, he will have to pay every "expert witness" travel and expenses. So far that number is 9 and i'am sure these guys missed incomes combined could easily reach over $100k. In addition to the fact they would be hostile witness to Iazz. Then there's the additional damages being awarded to Ucore. Not to mention the embarrassment at that point for Iazz and Hammond. Hammond won't make it to NS.....for "personal reasons", leaving Iazz to take the fall he deserves. I love it.....if you're man enough to jump up and run your mouth & telling lies , then take your a zz wooping. He'll punk out and settle. Surprise, but no surprise.
