I agree that a water based enema would most likely have clinical trial members sometimes not taking it as directed, but a gel or foam enema should not be that uncomfortable a feeling by comparison so this should not be a problem at all IMO.

You can only hold water so long before it has to be expelled, the gel or foam can be left in so it does a much better job of combating the condition and it should not be uncomfortable while either of them is inside the body.

Compare inserting a smooth tube covered with get or a small tube ejecting foam up your butt to having the entire orifice burning and hurting like hell with innumerable pus sacs, lesions and bloody raw skin.

I can't believe it will take more than a matter of days to fill the trial unless paperwork holds things up as EVERY sufferer of this condition will want to be in the trial. I sure hope every participant is given Brilacidin and there is no placebo group.
